I'm not sure if i can blog within the next 3 days.

Christmas Eve Dinner
We’re only 4 that night. My grandma was too tired to eat with us. The others are either out of town or out of the country. So…we decided to create a simple Noche Buena for us to enjoy.
Menu: Carbonara, Tomato and Olives Pasta, Ham with mom’s special sauce, Adobo/Pandan Chicken, fruit salad and fresh pineapple orange juice.
Of course, Christmas dinners are not complete without...
