Cuisine Centrale
During the last week of December, my friends and I met up for lunch and we went to try this new restaurant - Cuisine Centrale. Since it’s the holiday season, diet is temporarily out of our vocabulary. So beware of food spamming.

There’s an ‘E’ after the central. My bad.

While waiting for our food, we talked about how we spent Christmas. Aside from that we also talked about future trips and plans after graduation. It’s exciting and scary to think that we only have seven weeks left in college. This is why I love having lunch with friends. This is one of the things i’ll miss when we graduate. :)
Now for the food.

Freshly brewed iced tea. Best iced tea. You can taste some fruit juices infused into the tea.

Caesar Salad. I love the fact that it has giant pieces of bacon that’s cooked perfectly.

Gising gising. Kang-kong with shrimp cooked in gata. This one is a little bit spicy.

Seafood Pasta

Beef Kare-Kare

Crispy Pata
The serving size is good for sharing with 2-4 people. Six people shared with everything we ordered + rice and it was more than enough. I loved their food! Okay, the pasta was not cooked al dente but aside from that I enjoyed everything else. You can really taste the flavor of each dish. I especially loved the Iced tea, Caesar salad and Crispy Pata.
Cuisine Centrale is perfect for dates, family dinners, or company lunches. I say, go give it a try. It won’t disappoint you.
Here’s a map on how to get there:

Star does not mark the spot very well. It’s actually in the corner of Sct. Rallos and Sct. Santiago inside Casa Pura.
